Scratch & Dent Appliances in Columbia & Jefferson City, MO

362 on the floor · page 15 of 16

Scratch & dent at Apex means a new appliance with a cosmetic mark, a small dent on a side panel or an opened box. Every one carries the full factory warranty, and most are priced 15–50% under retail. Shopping for used appliances? Ours are never bought secondhand out of homes; they come from retailer and distributor channels as open-box returns, overstock, cancelled orders and new-in-box units. This page is the whole discounted floor of our appliance outlet: 362 machines right now between our Columbia showroom on Rangeline Rd and our Jefferson City showroom on Delaware St, plus an overflow appliance warehouse on Ten Mile Dr that is open by appointment. Each listing has its own photos, measurements and price, so you can shop discount appliances here and then see the real thing before you buy. Pick-up is free, and curbside delivery is $75 in town.

Questions

Are scratch & dent appliances used?
No. They are new units with a cosmetic mark or an opened box, from retailer and distributor channels — never bought secondhand out of homes. Each listing shows its own recorded condition.
Do they come with a warranty?
Every appliance we sell, whatever its condition channel, carries the full manufacturer warranty from the purchase date on the Apex Sales receipt. Apex Sales does not perform warranty repairs; those are handled directly by the brand.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Every unit sits on the floor at our Columbia showroom (191 N Rangeline Rd, Columbia, MO 65201) or our Jefferson City showroom (615 Delaware Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109); each listing says which one. Come look it over in person.
How much is delivery?
Curbside delivery is $75 in town. In-town delivery is $75. Out of town is $75 plus measured mileage from the store holding your machine — miles 1–29 at $1.50 a mile, miles 30–79 at $2.00 a mile, 80+ miles at $3.00 a mile. Haul-away of an old unit is $25 for the first item and $10 each additional. All deliveries are curbside drop-off only. Units are placed at your driveway, garage, or front entry. We do not bring units inside, uncrate, connect utilities (water, gas, electrical, or venting), or install. We do not install, hook up, uninstall or do any plumbing, gas or electrical work — bring your own installer and have them test everything before they leave.
How do I reserve one?
Open the item and check out online, or call or text (573) 353-8511. We do not hold items without full payment. No deposits. No partial payments. First come, first served — payment in full is required to reserve any item.
